2022 World AIDS Day Consortium Meeting – PrEP, RAPID & Retention, DoxyPEP and drug overdose prevention in San Francisco

On World AIDS Day, we remember those we’ve lost to AIDS-related illness and reaffirm our support for those living with HIV.

At this meeting, the GTZ-SF PrEP and RAPID/Restart & Retention committees presented their work plans to the community for input. GTZ-SF committees have been working to develop plans to address the challenges, gaps and disparities in HIV prevention & treatment highlighted in the new SFDPH Annual HIV Epidemiology Report.

GTZ-SF always welcomes the feedback of community partners and members, email us here!

We also heard policy updates on doxy-PEP implementation and drug overdose prevention in San Francisco.

Special thanks to our speakers, presenters and our moderator – Dr. Grant Colfax, Dr. Monique LeSarre, Dr. Stephanie Cohen, Laura Thomas MPH-MPP, Dr. Al Liu, Miguel Ibarra MPH-MSW, Dr. Susa Coffey, and Dr. Tyler TerMeer, respectively.
